Deepika Padukone launches ITC new anti hairfall shampoo

Bollywood actress and ITC brand ambassador Deepika Padukone today launched the company's new Anti-hair fall shampoo which promises reduced hairfall due to breakage. The new variant from multi-business conglomerate ITC Ltd offers consumers the goodness of Brazil Nut (which are widely found in the Amazon forests) helps to give a shine and silky smooth texture, Padukone said after launching the product in the Tamil Nadu market. "Over the years we neglect our hair (due to changing lifestyles) and there is hairfall which makes us look old..but Fiama Di Wills protects hairfall and also makes your hair stronger" she said. The actress, who shot to fame in the Shah Rukh Khan blockbuster 'Om Shanti Om' said she had visited Chennai during her early days as a 'model' and loved South Indian food. "I love coming back here to Chennai. It always feels great to be here.... I have done many shows in the city", she said. ITC Ltd Marketing Head Atul Joshi said the company has four products in the personal care category. "Fiama Di Wills is aimed at young Indian women and this product helps reduce hairfall..", he said. He said Tamil Nadu was the large premium makret in the country. "This launch will be followed in other markets as well", he said and claimed that all the company's products are very unique and compete with different brands. Fiama DI Wills offers five shampoo variants, four shower gel variants, a conditioner and two ranges of bathing bars.The multi-business conglomerate with a market capitalisation of USD 23 billion has presence in FMCG, Hotels, Paperboards, packaging and agri-business.
