Her first movie Om Shanti Om was a super duper hit and she was seen as a great budding star right from her debut film. Her second movie Bachchna Ae Haseeno was also quite a big hit, but that was the turning point in her life. With this film she was introduced to chocolate boy Ranbir Kapoor who was the leading male star.
Just as the movie was appreciated, there was news about the couple going places with their very high profile relationship. The two were seen at almost high end parties, travelling together and painting the town red, giving a great amount of fodder to the gossip mongers. So intense was their relationship that they were almost being seen as the cutest and happiest couples in B Town. Deepika even got a tattoo in the nape with Ranbir’s initials, which was sort of a confirmation about the relationship.
However, as most good things come to an end so did this relationship. Sadly the two parted ways and there was news about both of them not willing to come out in the open directly about the split. Ranbir was the quieter of the two. But Deepika, who seemed to be the one quite hurt, did come out with some startling comments.
Till recently, Deepika was heard giving some little comment or the other about Ranbir and his behavior. But it seems that now the gal is slowly coming in to terms with reality and is more chilled out regarding the split. Reportedly at the birthday bash of Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal, his wife Meher had organized a big party. The who’s who of B town was there, so was Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor. Deepika had reached much earlier and was already in party mood when Ranbir walked in.
Reports are that the two were quite cordial in greeting each other and seemed to take a chill pill at the party. There were no odd moments, thankfully for the others and the latest buzz is that Deepika has finally decided to take a chill pill.
