Deepika invited for world summit

Deepika Padukone, who is representing India at the World Economic Forum in Davos this weekend, has specially been invited to address world leaders there about the country's richness, diversity and culture coupled with the growth that it has been witnessing lately.

Deepika will also be walking the red carpet and attending the gala dinner at the event where she will interact with world leaders.

The focus of the World Economic Forum this year is India. When contacted, Deepika said that it was indeed a very proud moment for her. "It's really a very big honour to be invited and represent India at such an important forum," said Dips, who has also represented India at Cannes.
