Nana Patekar Upset with Deepika Padukone

Nana Patekar is said to be very upset with Deepika Padukone for proposing changes in his script.

It seems like in any other field or industry, even Bollywood has men, who love to do things in their own way and do not wish to be disturbed in any manner. Once upon a time you used to hear such stories about late Rajkumar and now you hear them about Nana Patekar.

Nana Patekar, who recently put all his acting assignments aside to work on directing his next Bollywood movie, is said to be very upset with Deepika Padukone for suggesting changes in the script, which he had chosen for his next film.

Reports suggest that Nana had offered a role to Deepika in his next directorial venture when the two recently met on the sets of a movie.

Though, Deepika wasn’t adverse to the idea of working with Nana, like most other stars, she suggested that it would be better if she could listen to the script of the film, a thought, which suited both Deepika and Nana.

But, sources point out that as per the mutual decision, when Nana went and narrated the script to Deepika, she suggested a few changes in the script before she took up the role. This did not go well with Nana as he not only refused to accept Deepika’s suggestions but also blasted her for making those suggestions. When asked, Nana said that he is a senior person in the industry and therefore finds it quite odd that a newcomer like Deepita should make suggestions regarding his script.

Though, both Nana and Deepika were not available to comment on their meeting, a source close to Deepika denied the entire report of Deepika proposing changes in the script or Nana being upset with her over the issue. The sources added that though Deepika and Nana discussed the script, the meeting was a peaceful affair, which ended immediately after Deepika told Nana that she did not want to be a part of the film as she did not identify with the character she was being offered. 

Deepika Padukone Is A Twilight Challenger!

After Kareena Kapoor’s challenge to provide light to the dark areas of Chanderi village now it seems Deepika Padukone is in the same move. Deepika is set to take in a different way not through fund disperse but by taking over an entire village known as Ambegaon in Maharashtra.

 

So that she can administer the entire function of the village, she has adopted it to throw strong participation in her Greenathon campaign.

In this social welfare campaign, she has taken footage to circulate electricity power in all the houses remaining in the darker zone of Ambegaon in Maharashtra to retrieve a better life after dusk. So that in the twilight the village children won’t have to hanker after light to do their studies.

Moreover, benefitting the villagers in various other ways that can help them in their daily life and in further advancement of the village.

It is entirely her personal effort in an extra step to help this villagers along with the Greenathon people to solution out their grave problems by getting into greater depths of research work on the development of the village.

Deepika’s initiative can even more attract many star personalities and celebrities of different field to get into such welfare project and can make greater change to the entire picture of the nation.

Hope this twilight challenger enables to fight her way out to shed lights on to the peoples life remaining in the dark.

Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone’s ‘Love SMS’

The previous hot pair Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone seems to be stringing their heart ‘s chords through online SMS and get started all over again from where they had buried their precious love.

Reportedly it has been heard that both are keeping in touch with each other by texting messages to keep their love in a silent mode away from public focus. They seem to keep a low profile as far as their relationship is concerned and hardly speak about it in front of the media.

Inertly, they seem to be fighting their ways out to keep their relationship alive. According to Deepika who had initially showed interest to work with him even after the break up is now quite content with any issue about him  though it took months to break her icy reaction with Ranbir .

Now the brighter Deepika of ‘Karthik Calling Karthik’ reflects her reaction to Ranbir's question with an air of positive reaction and nods with a sunny look about her professional relation that makes apparent her lost love’s recovery.

On the other hand Ranbir who is reportedly in US for three months for the movie ‘Anjaana Anjani’ found the rumors to be absolutely false and angrily reacted to the report of his romance with Deepika to be unsubstantial.

Regarding the recent link ups with Farhan Akhtar, Deepika Padukone says,”Please, Farhan Akhtar is a married man with kids. Regarding Shahid Kapoor we are just good friends”.

Some sources report that Ranbir has messaged Deepika stating, ‘Sorry, My Soul mate’ that has made media doubtful about their single position they have claimed earlier.

Well it is time which will frame the truth later after their lots efforts in hide and seek with the media.

Deepika Padukone gears up to shoot for two films

A day before the Filmfare Awards took place in Mumbai, Deepika Padukone was confidently rehearsing her steps for her act with choreographer Ganesh Hedge. The leggy beauty had a well synchronized act from her last two hits, Love Aaj Kal and Karthik Calling Karthik.

"Oh, I am glad, Karthik Calling Karthik is being appreciated by the audiences," exclaimed Padukone. "It is good to start the new year on a high especially after the success of Love Aaj Kal last year. I know my fans expect me to do a certain type of cinema and I knew it was a risk doing this film. But I liked the script and I was confident the script would translate well into a film."

Karthik Calling Karthik, essentially a multiplex film has won good reviews from the critics, but audiences are still deciding whether they have appreciated the film as theatres are not running to packed houses. But Padukone is unperturbed. The actress is already looking at greener pastures with two good films in her kitty.

Said Padukone, "I have started work on Pradeep Sarkar's film and a month later I will start my next with the Yash Raj Films banner. One month of that schedule and then I am back to doing Pradeep Sir's film. I will be upto my ears working for the next four months and only then will I get a break."

But before that comes her comedy with Sajid Khan's Housefull in April. "Oh that will be a riot act. Just wait and watch…."

Deepika Padukone gets addicted to card game on plane

Bollywood star Deepika Padukone has become so addicted to the card game Mendicot that she along with the team of the new film Karthik Calling Karthik continued to play it on a commercial flight, even as other passengers tried to sleep.

The team was to fly back to Mumbai from Jaipur on a private jet. But the pilot informed the team that they couldn't head for Mumbai due to a cyclone that was to hit the city.

"We had to return on Monday night because many of us had to leave for Dubai for the premiere on on Tuesday morning. So from Jaipur to Mumbai we all booked ourselves into the economy class of a commercial airline."

What could've turned out to be a nightmare turned out to be a joyride for Deepika and her team and perhaps not such a pleasurable experience for the other late-fliers on board.

"We had blocked a whole row and instead of sleeping after a super-hectic day we started playing Mendicot. We forgot we were in a commercial flight. So we were yelling and screaming in excitement while the rest of the passengers were trying to sleep."

And now, for the first time in her life Deepika is seriously addicted. "I can't stop playing Mendicot. Ritesh and Farhan introduced me and director Vijay Lalwani to the game. When we took off on Sunday from Mumbai on our private jet the first thing Farhan and Ritesh did was to teach us this game. I've become addicted."
